Have come to the end of 3-year subscription. Looked around at other VPNs, trialed a few, they're ALL better than vypr now. Also, although I stopped my subscription payment, I still have two months left - and vypr apparently already cancelled my account! I got kicked out, ripped off, and I'm not interested in contacting the non-existent customer service to clear up the issue. I'll be surprised if this company is still on the market in the years time.

Excellent android app and speed. Really painfull windows application upgrade. Your primary connection gets blocked and yet the software needs an internet connection to log you back in after an update (This happens randomly even when kill switch is off) so you basically have to find another internet source just to login. Sometimes you ll have to the redo the whole process again if you restart windows. Sutting down the VPN may also cut down your internet even when kill switch is off.

It has a lot nice features for a low cost... The organization owns the own servers and maintains as well... My streams haven't buffered once and I am only running a 20 mbps bandwidth... The app has some really solid best of practice security features... Especially a Kill Switch feature that protects the customer from unexpected exposure should VyprVpn application lose it's connection with the server... An option to protect the end user from questionable browser networks and great encryption...

Updated Aug 09 2021 - Frequent DNS errors and failures that require reconnecting to resolve, multiple times a day. You get what you pay for. Across Windows and Android/ChromeOS, when the app crashes or drops a connection, it can often result in a "leak" of my location to Google and Facebook, which is most unpleasant.

The app keeps crashing on my galaxy note, ipad pro, and iPhone. All devices are fully updated with latest versions of OS, Firmware, etc. On Galaxy it won't launch on startup. If I hadn't paid for multiple years of service I would be using another VPN. I have had problems since day one. Luckily I have my router setup to use the VPN so I don't have to worry about every individual device. At home at least. I know people who swear by vypr but I have nothing good to say about my exp.

Not working in China. Terrible connection in Jiangsu and downright unusable in Beijing, despite trying everything according to the docs. No relevant news in their "states update" blog. Email to the support is NEVER replied. Total waste of money. And when I wanted to cancel their service, was blocked by their robot check for a good 20 times. Guess they don't take nicely to bad reviews. Thanks!

It won't automatically reconnect to my home wifi so I have to remember to manually turn it on everyday. Pretty big annoyance but the service itself seems to be really great. It also doesn't work with discord voice chat on my PC for whatever reason which is another huge blow.

I recently installed VyprVPN in my android mobile phone (MI 9 pro) with fully paid licience. The speed is good. However, the operation of VyprVPN is frequently terminated when I close other apps running in background in one take. Even though the VPN configuration has been set at "Auto Reconnect" at the moment, I need to manually connect again and again to resume its operation!
