Really enjoying buying tickets through Vivid Seats! I can usually get baseball tickets well below face value, even with the moderate fees Vivid Seats puts on top. I especially like the program that allows you to get a bonus credit for every 10 tickets you purchase. I would guess I've bought close to 40 tickets over the last year and have no complaints.

Terrible system. Showed a price then did not honor it. Nor did they offer any compensation for their error and made me lose similar tickets on another site. Government needs to regulate or ban ticket resellers. Artists should speak up against this. I don't think you understand what transparency means.

Horrible experience. Purchased a $90 parking ticket for a NFL game. Had to download the app to view the ticket. Download was easy but when attempting to view the ticket, impossible. Every attempt was a verification email to confirm it was me trying to view. When you click confirm on the verification email it cycles back to the app and says "Fail"...every time! Made numerous attempts to no avail. No customer service. Awful.

Unable login for over 3 months Bought tickets online for presale enable login to the mobile app for anything let alone buying tickets and you only can view makes it very difficult to use the provider website because typically people go to Apps not a website when they're looking for things I would buy more tickets through this company however simply can't use it

I hate that it is so difficult look up event locations. I travel a lot and would like to look up a location to see what may be going on in that area. You can only look up major cities. I had this app in the past and it was much easier to find events! It only brings things I listed in favorites I don't know my all my favorites, I like to explore!

This app is terrible. I purchased a ticket in the app, but it wasnt viewable in the app, nor was it delivered to my email. It was visible in the MLB Ballpark app. Because of that, I was not able to sell the ticket in Vivid Seats bc only physical ticket or PDF were listed as delivery options. For another game, I couldn't accessy tickets bc it said I needed to click a link in a verification email. When I clicked the link in the email, it said verification failed.

Bought tickets from here 3 months ago. Less than 7 days until the event and still haven't received them! Spent allot on traveling expenses and hotels. Customer service is a nightmare and will drop you!

I have bought all my tickets through the 2022 season through vivid seats and every time it's "congratulations on your first stamp!". The whole incentive is to earn that free ticket after 10 stamps but they never have given me more than 1 stamp. I've called customer service about this and even after confirming multiple purchases through the app I only get credit for one. It's a waste of time. Go through AXS because that's where your tickets will get transferred through anyways.
