I really wanted to give a higher rating but I just couldn't. This app is so clunky and difficult to navigate. I just wanted to check in and load our boarding passes but it took me ages. Your instructions are unclear and describe links that are simply not available in the app. I couldn't quite believe it when I found the link I wanted buried in the middle of a page but it was a painstakingly slow procedure. No option to add to Google wallet! Needs replacing with a completely new app.

One of the worst apps to use. UI and UX. And technical errors. Try upgrading your seat in the app and paying for its. I tried it 6 times as did a colleague. Simply does not work.

Disgusting app. Yesterday I checked in for the flight and somehow got boarding pass on my phone. This morning I tried to see it to make sure about arrival time. App says that it's expired and I nave to update it at Google Play. I did. It did not run at all. I reinstall it, it loose my account, I signed up again and did not see my booking at all. Try to add it no luck. I could manage it as standalone booking, it shows me same page as at website and no way to add boarding pass.

Simply doesn't work anymore - will not add any bookings I make, automatically or manually, despite signing in and out multiple times, and reinstalling it, no matter what I try, I cannot get my booking to appear in the app, and therefore my boarding pass. This makes the app absolutely pointless. Also, why on earth do you have a separate app for executive club (which ironically works quite well)? Take a leaf out of air Frances book and merge them.
