I love the verify of movies and NO ADS. I enjoy the messages ineach movie and how it can be shown in every day situations. Most of all I am glad there are still good shows without killing, nudity and volgur language. Thank you Up Faith & Family for making a family friendly version of television.

I Attempted to to renew my subscription and and it had a repeated failure I tried to contact customer service service and there is not one. Some one contacted me and I'm able to watch shows. Really like the family friendly positive content. Tech: please make it easier to go back to what I was watching.

Signing into this app on a fire stick is pure HELLLLLLL . The instructions should be plain simple and easy to get to. I've only had it for one day but I'm sure I'm not going to make it through the trial period. It's so frustrating trying to get this on the television. If I signed in with one firestick and they're all related I shouldn't have to sign in with each stick that I have.

You can't watch one movie without every 30 to 40 seconds. There is an interruption in the movie. I'm not going to pay for this. Un-enjoyable.

This is the only place to get Heartland and Hudson & Rex. Unfortunately, I can not screen share to my TV or download the app to my TV so I'm stuck watching on my phone. I tried logging in thru the web in the TV and it wouldn't move past the email screen even after it was entered. Do better.

On 06/23/23, I received another credit card charge for $57.90, for a yearly subscription with Up Faith and Family. Because this subscription was cancelled in April, it no longer shows that I have an active subscription on Google Play. Thus, I can no longer view shows/movies on Up Faith and Family. I have asked repeatedly, for this to be restored. Since I am being charged again for this subscription, I expect to be able to have access to watch all of the shows/movies, for which I'm paying for.

I love the shows. However, I pay my subscription monthly and for the first year I had no problems, I could watch on my phone or my family could watch on tv. The second year rolled around and I could no longer watch it on tv. I messaged them and they said if I would send proof that I renewed they would fix it. I did that and they acknowledged that they received it, but they never fixed it. I messaged them several more times and they just stopped responding!

The app is a good app, good shows but I am too busy and I have tried multiple times to delete my subscription and account, but y'all make it way too hard. Good grief, if I don't want something, let me leave, I don't want to pay for an on-going subscription that I cannot use.
