Pizza hut is the best, they really care about our meal . When I first ordered , I was disappointed but the next day itself , they replaced the same order, they made the pizza so delicious. The app is very good too . Thanks a lot.

Hut rewards point not adding for more than 3 month every time i call and send email to add the point and last order point not added ,FUI all order online payment and home delivery, i fed up with the app and app support it guys, no one answer or fix the problem and they tell the branch who receive the order problem fix it if you know the cause. Worest customer service and app ever ,it is scam hut rewards onetime work second time not ,last order i won't order again and i will share my experience.

I'm not able to login to my account. Also last week I have placed an order and till now i didn't receive it. So pathetic... Order status showing that its delivered and I have used my hut rewards for this order. So basically no order received and all my hut rewards were waved off. Are you guys are fore real...

The delivery was late for an order and most importantly 1 of the pizza (hot stuff beef) was very badly undercooked and crust provided for this pizza was wrong and not as selected (san francisco) on app and also reflected on order receipt received by email Poor food quality and service was least expected of Pizza Hut. And to top it the customer care team did not repsond to a complaint for 3 days and just promised a replacement that never was delivered.
