C'mon now... the technology exists to make a WAY better app. The map totally suks. It needs to be interactive and work like gps to find rides, family members, and other locations easier. This app doesn't come close to what it could (should) be.

The app does not work once you are in the park. There is no cell reception in the park. I tried the free wifi but it only worked in a couple of locations. Therefore, this app is useless and of no use once in the park. So much for trying to navigate through the park with the app's map. It didn't work.

This app is virtually worthless. You can see your account but the information may not be accurate, it wasn't for me. Then I tried to find the restaurants that I could use my all day dining and could only find a list not where they are. Wait times for Tampa were not accurate either. Nothing else of value in this app

This app is only somewhat useful. The ride times were often way off, telling me there was a 5 minute wait when the wait was actually over an hour. It stopped updating and responding several times, and became unrecoverable.

Should not have to be taken to the website to look at my pass or benefits. Kind of lazy on the tech team. App is not practical especially if you're inside the park. Everything should be quick and easy, and the Busch gardens app fails to bring what a High class Theme Park should have in 2022.

Installed for ride wait times. Like othete said, shower empty page for wait times no matter how many times I have tried. Looks like it forwards to web page instead of actual app but did not work either way. This was during the day when parker was openedbfir Williamsburg. Think had the same problem last year in Tampa

Super helpful, I will be using this every time I'm in the park from now on. The interactive map is the main part, also has directions. Also lists ride wait times, restaurants, and show times.

Great park. Needs to be more more mobile friendly. it was like pulling up the website. There should be just one streamlined page with quick info on what most users want to know while in the park: map, wait times, parking, etc.

This app is garbage. Difficult to sign in, doesn't apply season pass holder discounts to purchases, and forces you to download the map instead of making it available in app(and then doesn't download). Bush Gardens has hands down the worst customer service in the industry, and show no desire to improve that.
