Doesn't work......tried to locate a bus at Qamaria park.....it showed no bus available.... few minutes after boarding a cab saw the bus at the Duderhama bridge....while going home in the cab i saw 3 Buses on the route....this app is useless Also few days back tried to pay the conductor through this app but it also turned out a futile exercise

Worst app ever! It shows the bus is reaching in 5 minutes but even after waiting for 45 minutes the bus does not reaches and sometimes it does not show the live location of bus.

App is helpful but Buses are not on time They don't follow the timetable precisely. Sometimes buses even get cancelled Also normal buses are not always displayed Mostly AC buses are displayed on the app

Really useful. I'm able to make decisions on my mode of public transport based on whether buses are available or not. Would be good to suggest routes where you have to change buses

we the kashmiri peoples experience the best bus service ever so far even the Chalo App helps us to locate our e-buses via online with Gps trackings which is bonus to the safety and security for all the passengers who were roaming all along while traveling in the bus. It shows wrong timming while track bus.most of the time bus passes that location where it show to come...use less app till fix it.

Today I was traveling in Chalo bus from Mumbai Airport T1 to Cadbury Jn Thane. When I checked ticket in app it was showing ₹125 fare for bus 106 towards thane and after sitting in bus the ticketing person took ₹200.96 fare for same travel. When I asked him he said their prices has changed but then why ur app was still showing less price. I really frustrated with the issue I faced. If you change prices then it should be effective on both paper tickets and chalo app ticket. Chalo is fooling people
