TRAP! Bad experience. I owe udrive a fine of 650 got invoiced 1176 for T&C that dont clearly state the reason to take additional 526. They put in the T&C additional charges may apply apply to give them the space to take whatever they want.No response for clarification emails. The cars are always located very far that you have to take a taxi to reach them. Its not any cheaper than a taxi. The fuel level in the car wasnt correct in the app it was less ofcourse. Car outside not clean. I regret.

App crashes if i reserve a car. Sometimes it shows me locations far away when i know the car is in front of me -- i have to force quit the app for it to correct. And the cherry on top - today i walked 10min to find a car i had reserved and the key wouldnt even turn in the ignition. Tried for ten more minutes and gave up - presumably i will pay to fail to drive. Trash

Worst experience ever!!!! After downloading and jumping through all the hoops to register (including mug shot holding the Emiratea ID can you believe it) made my first (and last) booking today. Took a taxi to the location and no car! On calling them the casual response "Oh we have updated the app so you need to uninstall and reinstall again" Did that as desperately needed a car. Made another booking, got another cab and got to the new location again no car!

Error 38 while booking, called customer service, no answer with continuous advertisements on the line.. and it is almost same fare like taxi

As I started installing the app. it keeps hanging and having issues choosing the date of birth, and as soon as I did it and started uploading the documents,with the first photo I took the application sent me back to first page again to fill all the details all over from the start...its bad before even starting to use it...I will delete it.

I booked a car with u drive for AED129 but was charged AED 149 from my card, but when I woke up the app was showing I will be charged 183 AED, I tried call them for 3 hours they will pick the call after 20 minutes but won't listen to query and simply cut the call on the face. Either they won't reply on email. I hope I could attach screen shot of email and call records, The reply Udrive gives after feedbacks on play store is just for show they are responsive but in reality they are not
