Worst app. No customer support. No one to monitor properly. Just created for the sake of Auto drivers. The drivers can do anything they want. No one will be there ask or support. Any calls to the support only ring and ring eventually end in vain. Todays incident with one Auto driver. The pickup location is clearly given but still he is wandering in different place. And secondly, the drop location he tries to take long route to encash more money Tried support. No one reaponding.

I'f I would have option to click 0 I would have but unfortunately I have to give 1 star...guys this waste of time don't use this app..if in emergency also don't even look at this app ..always the rider will accept and cancel it this is very disgusting..I wanted to reach a meeting but the driver is accepting and cancelles the ride .I'd they are not capable to work then y the hell they accept. Don't play with users .time is privious.

Drivers take longer route. They don't follow the route shown in app. They change the route, due to which we are charged more. No customer support service. No way to report this to anyone.

Four drivers continuously cancelled the ride. There is no option for complaints or customer care. Not good for people who give value for time and money. These drivers will not be bothered about our urgent requirements. Better try different app.

this is the only which gives me a fresh auto in just minutes. and its very cheap than other apps too which made me suprized. i tried uber which i dint a single ride and it takes way more time than this app and there are multiple options that is suitable for the Driver and the Passenger i think this ia the best auto app in Karnataka.......

Book ride after reading the below details. Charging more in the name of 1. I daily commute from my home to ofc it usually cost approx 150₹ (since I know the route). If I book the auto via this app i need to pay between 180-200₹ . And auto-driver always demands for 200₹. 2. When you check fare details also they are charging extra 30 rs, 10 rs for auto coming to ur pickup location and another 10% extra for auto driver on base fair . This is like looting the customer just like ola .

Worst experience. Zero customer support from the app. The drivers always ask for extra money or intentionally take a wrong route to make more money. There is no way to get a refund. You can keep calling on the custom support number to report an issue but no one picks up.

Map location of my address changed midway in the ride. I was charged full ride money and the driver left me 400mts away from my pickup location. Terrible app! How can you show one drop location and then update it mid ride?? I was left alone at night in the middle of a very shady neighborhood

Horrible experience... Third class app In a ride it's got automatically cancelled and then automatically assigned another driver with wrong location which was totally unsafe and dark. The driver was very rude.
