Dhl has the worst service, if you miss one delivery, they ship your parcel back to the sender without even giving you a call.. Expensive and bad at their service.Its like customer care was trained to frustrate customers further. Wish i could give you no star at all..

Works decent, but I cant delete items. If they don't state the package as "delivered" it will stay in your app forever.

Very bad company just lost my package and track and trace can't find anything. Now I have to create an account to use this app and it is not even certain if this will help.

Why can you only track certain parcel codes? I have had issues with dhl before but everytime a parcel is being shipped from germany i cannot track them in app, cant turn on any update notice through the website that somehow does recognise dont get a "we missed you" note etcetc... its just a giant pain in the bum tbh

I get an ssl certificate error a few seconds after starting up de app. I have an google pixel 3 xl with android 11. Its very unfortunate because i want to be able to track my packages.
