Pathetic experience.. Have to be on a call for more than 15 mins just to cancel my appointment which should have been possible through the app. Also they have not provided all the tests in the app under the cghs panel so again, we have to call for that. Our time is nothing to these people. AND, once the sample is taken it is somehow mishandled and labeled as technical error so we have to do the whole process again! Just pathetic! I have been using Healthians for last 6 years and never had a single issue from them. Their App is very user friendly so that I can understand the details of any test and book accordingly. The customer care team is knowledgeable and suggest package for customer requirement. The collection executives are very polite, experienced and explains us about the package too. So full marks to Team Healthians from my side.

Collection staff needs more training on both technical and soft skills. She pierced the needle rt through the vein causing an unnecessary clot and pain at the end of it all. Collection staff called an hour early even though my test required fasting. She was uncourteous and just didn't seem to care.

I am absolutely livid! These incompetent people collected my blood sample, promising results in a month. Guess what? A whole month passes, and I have to hound them relentlessly just to get an update. And what do they have to say after all that time wasted? Oh, the sample got rejected! Are you kidding me? This is beyond infuriating! They've not only wasted my time but also messed up something as simple as handling a blood sample. Unbelievable!
