App can't find any Starbucks locations because my phone is in GPS Only mode (Google Location Services off). The McDonald's app, Taco Bell app and Jamba Juice app are a few examples that do not require Google Location Services to find nearby stores.

Deadas$ salty af that my rewards expired I thought I had a year cause that's what most companies are. On me for not checking, it's 6 months so I lost like 125+ stars I don't even wanna use the app anymore I probably never will again and say eff the stars. I have spouts where I go often but unless you gain up your stars it'd not worth it to use them quickly.

The app keeps telling me that either the email or password is wrong, and no matter how many times I reset my password, it tells me the same thing. So I can't sign in. Frustrating.

What happened? For a while there the app was letting me pay for just my order. Now it's gone back to making me load a minimum of $10. I go months at a time without ordering Starbucks. I get a frappuccino once in a while as a treat. I want the convenience of ordering with the app without having to leave money in the Starbucks bank.

The app works great. I just wish I could add a tip, and schedule pick-ups ahead of time (like order the night before for morning pickup).

The fact that it doesn't show prices is frustrating, and it's lack of flexibility for payment options (or just in general letting put a simple credit card on file) is a headache.

Starbucks really needs to add to the app the ACTUAL hours that the lobby/cafe is open to walk-ins. I just walked a mile from my convention hotel to get an early coffee from a store that claimed to be open on the app. However, there was a paper sign on the door saying the lobby was only open later this morning... Should I just walk the drive thru maybe? Or if the app was accurate I would have waited instead of being a salty customer.

You need to fix the app! At first the app was perfect. But it has gotten progressively worst over time. It doesn't even allow me to order ahead or anything now? All I can do is look at the menu. And that doesn't even let me see prices Now I have to change my password every single time I open it!?

Hmm, let's start a game with prizes, but make sure nothing works on the app to get coupons, prizes, etc. Store locations won't load for over 2 weeks now. Guess they don't want our business.
