The only option for scooters in certain Helsinki areas but app doesn't show no ride zones properly as for the second time it let's me ride where I need to go but then doesn't let me park anywhere near my destination, prompting me to ride back where I started. Thanks for the waste of time and money!

The application stopped working properly and I got double charged. Edit: the issue was fixed, and they responded fast. Other than the payment the technical application issue all was good.

The app works fine. It is the service that is terrible. I rented four separate scooters in San Antonio. I was charged for all of them. Not a single one work. I've had to dispute all four charges with bird, and probably will have to with my credit card. what an absolute pile of garbage

This app I thought was going to be better than the other electric scooter rental app that I attempted to use however this one was worse this one took money out of my account for a ride that I could not initiate and then when I finally gave up trying to use their app and the scooter stepped off the scooter and walked away it beeped at me like it was activating the whole time it was counting down the minutes that I was ," ridding" the scooter. I finally got it moving & got a block before it quit

Constantly asking for ID verification and at the end, couldn't rent a scooter and lost time. In the meanwhile, it almost looked like the rent was about to start, but helmet didn't unlock. Also scooters don't have phone holders. Thanks for nothing, unbelievable that service like this is even paid.

After giving email address, an error keeps popping up "Something went wrong, please try again". It's hard to believe that these businesses cannot have proper error handling and clear error messages. What a shame!

DO NOT USE!! I hired 2 scooters from the parking area at our hotel. We rode for 15 mins and when we returned the GPS would not recognise that we were in a parking area and we could not end the hire. Hotel staff said this was a constant issue. We tried for 20 min, whilst recurring payments were withdrawn from my account. In the end I had to contact my bank and stop my card! Emailed Bird's support and still waiting for a response as to when my £45 overpayment will be returned! Shocking!!!!!
