It won't let me login. I ended up creating a new (second) account - which I now can't delete - and I still can't login. I've got everything right. What's wrong with the app??? There's no way to email customer service. I need help. I want to use the app instead of the website, but I can't!

Broken. Freezes on startup. Force quit, still freezes. Reboot phone, still freezes. Uninstalled and reinstalled, login doesnt work. Absolutely unusable. I expect this on a first gen app, not one thats been around for years.

The app freezes and won't open most of the time. If it does open...it takes 52 seconds (I timed it) to do so. It also does not release the ram upon closing...i have to manually do it under the Android settings. Samsung Galaxy 21 5G Ultra being used.

Absolutely useless. I've been expecting a delivery shipped via FedEx. The shipper shows that it's on its way. However, this FedEx app says the "tracking number is not in our system. Please try again later." This message has been displayed for two days! What's the use for this app if one must access shipping info using your website? Update: tracking still not available even after delivery.

Since they updated the app, I've had issues with trying to open it. The app will usually get stuck on the logo screen. Usually after four or five app restarts it *might* open, but only after a complete phone restart which is rather annoying.

Very upset was notified that my package was attempted but was a problem. Call and same thing taked to an agent the system sent the notice out because they just got it. I asked so the system lies, she goes on to say it's automatic system. I'm like if it was attempted I should have seen the but still having it should have been put in transit not tryed to deliver. Number 1 reason I like UPS.

Most recent update just locks at the FedEx logo screen on startup. App won't open. 07Apr - App still won't start ... stops at the opening FedEx screen. Update 4Apr2024 - App will not let me login to my fedex acct. Has been two days and I have Uninstalled and reinstalled it with no luck

They broke the app. The last update destroyed it. I have multiple shipments coming yet the app shows nothing now, rendering the app utterly useless. Next updates made it function again and then the 4/1/24 update killed it completely with the app freezing when starting up.

Terrible app Doesn't allow me to add the missing details or reschedule delivery, doesn't allow me to do anything other than look up the parcel, which i can do on the website much faster. Constantly lagging, extremely slow,and useless for a recipient
