The instamart app by swiggy is too laag and also waste of time I have sitting for one hour,one and half hour daily three four times.the problem is not solved yet I have working from morning 6 am to night 11: clock.orders are not assigning and not able to reach targets

I paid for the delivery bag and tshirt too...but still didn't got my tshirt...and one more imp thing...that this app doesn't have any actual support services....only robot...please update this app with proper support services...else everything is good... thankyou

My login id : 27854 kongara Sai Teja Naidu , I'm having trouble by giving selfies while on duty .. I'm unable to give selfie when swigy delivery ap asked and it showing no option to clip selfie of me becoz of this issue last 3days I'm unable to do orders and loging out middle of work and going back home .. no customer support nothing helpfull in this matter , every delivery partner app working fine but mine unable to take selfie .. login is 27854

These are very useless apps for Swiggy delivery partners. Without even making a mistake, we have been penalized for the mistake of the restaurant or our customer rating. In the cycle of rating our delivery partners, we have been penalized ₹- 500 for not supporting our customer. I am very poor at the restaurant.

Hello team hope this message reaches you I have been working as a delivery partner for only instamart for almost 2 years and many of us have been facing the same issue, during the rush hours so many riders gather at once near the order receiving counter and often what happens is most of time almost no one follows a proper line and it almost becomes like war for who gets near the desk and get their order i kindly request you to introduce a system were everyone receives their order accordingly

Hello for all old and new comers in swiggy. I am a senior staff in swiggy from my experience based I am providing a serious information and helping you please dont join swiggy fraud company because it's very big and fraud company no future in joining in swiggy less payout less incentives unreason penalties all long distance orders giving less amount per orders, wrong calculation and less amount giving for last mile all everything is settling in app AI software to reduce your earnings big fraud.

Charged penalty without proper investigation. Order is not given by restaurant hence not picked also informed support team. Same is cancelled by support team. Next day I got penalty also raised ticket, They telling I didn't pick food even food is ready. Scenario is once food package received then only I can mark in the app. If food is not given by restaurant what we should do?
