It said that if I used the App, that I would get $5 off my first order but it never happened! Lies...In reply, I tried it again and it doesn't even give me a chance to enter any code, it goes straight to payment! That's twice I bought and wasn't able to put any code in. The products are good and delivered quickly no complaints there.

In the last week or so every time I open it it crashes and then automatically reopens and crashes again and goes through this process until I eventually get my phone to restart to close it! It's putting me off purchasing anything to avoid having to open the app! Please fix as it used to work perfectly! Thank you

I installed the Kogan android app today however it keeps on showing the message "Please update the Kogan app". -- Can't see the notification details. If you click on the notification it will take you to a blank page showing "Please update the Kogan app". Unable to see the wish list in app. Same problem as above. Advice : Stay away from the app and use the browser instead.

Long time customer of Kogan and the app has become unusable through the most recent updates (Samsung s9 note). I cannot buy anything from the most updated app version and have to go through the browser. Poor form, lift your game. Update: payment will not work through Visa or PayPal. Update (23/08/2020): The app is still infuriating to navigate - stick to the Web browser. Filter functions do not apply and payment issues still an issue.

Shopped and payed for first time today and app worked well. However, I got bombed immediately with notifications about "great deals on blah blah blah" and that I had items in my cart. I don't want marketing or reminder notifications but I do want notifications relating to my purchase, however there is only the single on/off option for notifications. tl;dr Needs better notification control.

A convenient way to shop. I would like to be able to read reviews of products to find out other purchasers opinions and experiences plus express my own. I have developed a few useful hacks for some products that I'd like to share that would enable other purchasers to maximise use of those products. I also have some suggestions for manufacturers to improve the functionality of their product.

Fix your current app. I updated it 15hours aho to your latest version and it doesn't work. (Edit) upgraded 1 star to 5 and all issues were fixed quickly. 100% reliable seller and they look after you if anything goes wrong. They even look after shipping of returns should things not work how it's supposed to.
