The drivers are usually too far away, i ve to give them extra money to compensate for that. And they also show wrong routes which increases the fare

Worst experience ever. I book aircondition ride but when the ride came he refused to turn on the AC and said you booked the economy ride. He started yelling at me when I told I'm cancelling this ride as I booked AC ride.

What kind of an app would ask for a profile picture and won't accept any picture accept the face one, for the recognition purpose of the driver. Going to uninstall it. What if a person doesn't wants to show his/her face?
