Literally the worst app!! You guys can't even use the Google map API properly! Instead of making your stupid interface just use the GMAP API. The map interface can't even search for a given location. This app is a nightmare. What kind of idiot developers are behind this stupid app!!

Riders don't respond at all, have tried it many times during emergency situations, none of the time it worked, what is the point of such apps if they don't respond in the needy situation.

Tootle rider is not getting exact location of partner. it must be solved. I have used its several time but riders are calling me to come to that location. It's not fair to partner to come to the loacation after giving own pickup location so please solve it. This might be the reason people are using pathao.

This apps keeps crashing on my moto g6. Tried clearing cache, reinstalling app, but that didn't work. We want to promote Nepali enterprise, but if you don't improve your service, there's nothing public can do.

Super Unprofessional riders....they accept and then they will cancel it time and again. Also some of them accept it and then instead of reaching in 5 mins they take more than half an hour(bcoz they are busy completing their own errands). Very frustrating.

Had to wait for more than half an hour the other day and today's the third time the rider arrived late. What's the point of using Tootle if we aren't picked on time and dropped off on time? Well, using public vehicle and Tootle makes no difference then!

New design ain't new ! It's old school design ! Not so user friendly as it used to be ! App takes more time than usual to load and setting up the pickup location is difficult ! Guys please fix this and expand your service outside valley as well !
