Christine, I was surprised to find out my off and on bf who was quite mysterious used another name, as so wonder why I felt he was an intruder, and 8 years later I lost everything I had, but the spirit within because that is what gives us our answers and its apps like Tmobile Spam Protection that identifies who is spoofing or personating themselves in our society for personal gain. It sucks big time! Seems like even more scam calls after I installed this app. Updated: like I said it's a piece of junk app. Blocked a few scam calls the first day, and does not block anything after that.

Disappointed! I really thought with all the news releases leading up to this app's release that this was supposed to be free. The free version has very few features. Instead you have to pay to upgrade. I don't get it. You can't even block numbers without paying! Well it does block fraud and it does provide caller ID. Both free. So that's good! If you want to block specific numbers on the network, or block other types of calls such as Telemarketing or Surveys, you have to pay a monthly fee.

Some useful features, but far from ideal. Ocassionally blocks important calls and option to add from my contacts isn't allowed unless they are recent calls. Must have a paid subscription to fully manage contacts and add friends who haven't called in a while. So if grandma hasn't called you in a long time and she isn't already in your favorites list, you won't get the call. But it does a great job of filtering legit spammers. Some family say they call me and it doesn't go through.

It's really great for scamp calls. But now i'm starting to need something for websites and emails. McAfee security has alerted me to some websites that are trying to get my information. But I don't know how to block them.

Had the scam shield on for maybe around 3 weeks. Gotten 10-25 spam/robocalls every day and thought this would help. Almost every call that ive gotten are verified numbers and it wont stop no matter how many numbers i ignore and/or block. Personal experience this app does barely anything if at all.

It work quite well for a couple weeks. Then all of a sudden the blocked calls started to come through. Apparently, every button I press in the app takes me to an advertisement wanting me to upgrade to a 4.99 a month premium service. What a waste. This should just come with the T-Mobile service. But nooooo! Just another way of nickel and dime'n your account!!!

Seemed to work until I wanted to turn it Off. In the app you can turn it off. But that doesn't work and throws an error to call TMob cust supt. No thanks, UnInstall!
