Bought may items . Shoes.( Are True to size but go one size up if you have fat /wide feet) Handbag. If you going to buy clothes (it's Asian sizing) so always go up one or two sizes. For example if your a small in western countries , you would be a medium in Asia. (Medium size in western country is equvient to a large in china)

Order item from Topdress. They send invalid tracking number. After reaching out to DHL they let you know that the tracking number is in valid. Then the items show up deliver, but somewhere that is far from home. Trying to get refund, DHgate saying I need to come to agreement with seller because they can intervene until the next 4 months. Do not buy from them. They are scammers Topdress email on March 10, 2024, that I need to take down the bad review.

My partial did not clear customs. No response fr7om anyone. I will be passing on to all my social media to avoid this BS!! I eventually got my item. Was great purchase but I would have given 5 stars but took away one for customer service. Communication would be nice to know where our items are. Thanks

I've had lot of good experiences buying from DH gate many items I was pleased with but the items I didn't receive I couldn't open a dispute as the dispute page did not work and you can not get any reply from any customer service especially as its an automated page so no personal contact it only takes one bad experience to dampen all the good things basically dh gate released a payment which clearly said on the tracking it was returned to sender not happy.

The dispute department is a sham it's a lie the seller was supposed to send me a return shipping label and didn't and because I didn't enter a tracking number for the return the closed the dispute I received damage and broken goods on a 500+ dollar order and they are siding with the seller that I didn't enter a tracking number I never received as I want never given postage pocovapes is the seller they'll give you the run around offer to send replacements also and won't

Dhgate is a scam!!!! I ordered some items and yet to receive 2 of those items I ordered. Seller told me it's lost in transit or held by customs? Really? Shoes and bags are not contrabands. One of the sellers keeps sending automated messages to every of my enquires about when I will receive my order. Dhgate is enriching themselves with peoples hard earned money. Advise to new user of Dhgate, please run. To make maters worse, I added buyers protection on the items I ordered.snd can't get a refund!

I enjoy it with allows me to prepare my orders and then stores them for me until l am ready to place the actual order 2 to 3 items at a time.
