Rubbish registration process. Only managed to get to the registration page once (after roughly 10 tries). Reaching the registration page is hard enough, after keying in registration details, the page stopped functioning completely. Had to restart the whole process but still getting nowhere. Taking a break from the frustration to give this app the bad review it deserves. Hard to imagine someone was paid to develop this app.

During registration, it's damn easy and takes about less than 2 minutes to complete register. After done register, can't be login. I tried again the next few days and it works. For those who tried to login after register but failed, try again in the next few hours or maybe few days to be able to enter the app. I can give 4 stars because sometimes the app gives some error but I recommended that the government need to increase the bandwidth due to high user usage.

No data of when and where cases are popping up, and no data of when and where I came in contact with the covid positives. Needs more time and date data, and more precise location data, not just a simple 1km radius data. Edit: Updating to latest version did not help. Now it takes forever to load to the main page. Still no useful data.

All in all, a good and stable app, useful for keeping yourself updated on the general number of Covid cases in the country. I really love that we can check the hotspots, i.e. how many cases a certain place has; and I love the History feature. Dependants feature is good because I always have someone with me who can't scan QRs.The QR code scanner works almost all the time, with a small chance of being unable to scan (you'd have to use another QR scanner and key in your details again).

App response is a bit slow. Check-in history is available up to one month only. The worse is when one switches to a new phone, all history couldn't be retrieved from the app again even though it has been logged in to the same account, despite it is claimed that database are all kept with the MOH's server. Worse now, my check-in history disappeared. So is my 3rd dose booster shot record. App is behaving strangely.

It was working well until I updated using Huawei app gallery. It wanted me to uninstall the old version in order to install the new one. After that I couldn't log in as I had forgotten my password. Tried to click Forgot Password. It sent me an email to reset but it became invalid in less than a minute!!! I found out that you hv to reset on a browser instead of the app and it works.

The app is definitely a good idea and effort. However, the Hotspot tracker does not really work for other location. I was so impressed when I clicked on it and found cases around the area I am now, but when I clicked on my office location and others, the report still showed the cases around the area where I am. Hope that the developer fix this issue soon. Thanks.

The new feature MySJ Trace requires you to turn on location all the time on your phone. This is not only breach the common people's privacy, it also introduces other security risks in the future event if the data is misused by a malicious party. Turning on location at all times also drains the phone battery faster and makes older phones run more slowly. In addition, the notifications are permenant and you can't dimiss them unless you don't turn the location at all times.In conclusion bad update

As of today it stated in my push notifications i got contacts. But when I open the app, it doesnt tell the location. Atleast let us know which locations we got the contact at. Plus, my friend told me to checked on history, however like until 3-8 locations only. After I exit and go back to the history list, it'll go way up to the top of the history. I have to scroll all the way down again. I don't have time for that. I have the latest update BTW.
