Bad customer service. Company designed to make money out of technicalities. I was charged a full amount of over 500 euros for a car they never gave me. They considered my international license invalid according to them and told me to contact their customer service, which is only through email for refund requests. Moreover, they take 30 days to reply to your email. So i highy don't recommend this car rental service because they dont really care about providing you a service that they promise.

I Don't recommend! I have booked a car & when arrived at seville airport I couldn't find the that company, keep asking & going up and down(wasted our time),until they told us to wait on bus station and a bus will take us. We asked where to drop the car when leaving they told us you can't until we open our office at 8am to drop the key! Our flight will fly at 7:10am,we wanted to cancel the booking they give us a number in another country and they refused to refund us!!Rubbish service & company!!
