open with only works with browsers which means that you cannot use this to scan Wi-Fi QR codes as they will not be able to be opened with the settings app

unable to add or connect wifi via qr code with android9? bug? nice that this app can scan codes with light color on dark background as well. have had trouble with such inverted colored qr codes for example with other apps. thanks.
