I don't understand how this app is this bad.. Once you make a purchase it's impossible to login to download your tickets. It stays stuck on the sign in page. How are people supposed to access their tickets??? And how isn't this resolved when I see so many others in the reviews having the same issue! Then, I go to their website and try to get my tickets their, and there's an error message in "my events"... ridiculous

What the hell is wrong with this app! Several issues I have experienced. I'm using Galaxy S22 Ultra with DuckDuckGo browser. Maybe it's browser compatibility issue. 1. Login issue - I can't login within the app itself. Instead it rerouted me to the website in the browser to login, but nothing comes up. It's now resolved. 2. Whenever I search for a website and click on it to open the website it brings me to the Ticketmaster app instead. It doesn't happen all the time and not on all websites.

The app won't sign in. It just gets stuck at the sign in screen. I opened a support ticket and their very first suggestion was to use a browser. So, your solution is to not use the app... then what's the point of the app? I told the tech that they're getting a 1 star review until they can give me a fix that actually accomplishes anything at all.

If they are the Ticket Masters, what does that make you and me? Pointless app. There is no reason you should need an app just to view a ticket you purchased. PDF downloads were printable, flexible, and perfect. I hate entrusting my tickets to a buggy, unreliable app. Ticketmaster has made the experience of buying and using a ticket incredibly expensive, and absurdly convoluted. I hope that their ticket scalping monopoly gets broken up. They are leeches that deserve to be salted.

Ticketmaster sends repeated emails insisting that I load my tickets into this app. Anytime I try to do anything with the app, it just crashes and dies, over and over and over. Uninstall, reinstall, crash. Don't make your app mandatory for me to be able to use tickets I paid a lot of money (and ridiculous Ticketmaster fees) for if It is unusable garbage. This is why everyone hates your monopoly and wants it abolished.

Had to give the same information 3 times to 3 different people across 2 weeks for a simple error code during purchase. Was told not to attempt to purchase again and that I'd be contacted several times, but kept getting told that the person before messed up so they were going to have to restart. They finally called me this morning...for .1 seconds, my phone was SITTING IN MY LAP so I saw the "attempted call". Called back and was given the same runaround, meanwhile the ticket price has doubled

The app functions just enough to work. The login window often doesn't close correctly. The search interface is unintuitive. Be prepared to pay fees that are 25-50% of the listed ticket price. Reselling tickets is virtually impossible until shows sell out. I highly recommend against going to any shows at venues associated with TicketMaster unless you need to.

This app is absolute trash. I've attempted to get a ticket after already being signed in. It makes you sign in again, then the ticket is not available because I have already tried to purchase it, which I have to wait the 5 or 10 minutes to try again only to have the same exact pattern of events happen 5 times in a row. Please fix the app...

One of the worst apps ever created. For an app that deals with billions of people, you would think they would have the best of the best to get this app going, but no. App constantly crashes, never loads right. Can't ever transfer tickets. For such a convenient app, it makes everything more Inconvienent than ever. Fix your app!
