The only improvement would be adding more detail to the incidents when possible, but that would take tremendous resources and so for a free app with no intrusive ads this is perfect. I now know within minutes or even seconds from hearing sirens if it is a vehicle collision, vegetation or vehicle fire, medical emergency and more. I can reroute myself or call neighbors or loved ones or even work. Living in a rural community this app could literally be a life saver with the CPR notifications.

I love the map feature. I don't use the scanner, but I wish it gave more written info about incidents such as fires. Otherwise I go to a couple websites for more info. Having info in one spot would be nice. Also glad it doesn't take a ton of space on my phone! Being able to monitor a larger area would be nice. If I'm in Spokane, I wouldn't be able to see what is hapoening at home in Elk. It's too far/more than 25 miles.

I find the UI to be somewhat clunky, and it can be tricky to get notifications to work properly, but overall, it is a fantastic app, that works as advertised. Even if you're not a first responder, knowing where certain incidents are can be very helpful.

The app is very good in Los Angeles county as multiple agencies subscribe... However, perhaps after the last update, the app annoyingly disables notifications arbitrarily across multiple agencies.. things will get quiet for a while and I will open the app and see that notifications are disabled when I did nothing of the sort and didn't open the settings of the app.. not sure why this is happening as it surely defeats the purpose

I can see what's going on in my area. If I hear sirens I open the app and see what's going on
