    Update: I did not talk about the app, the app is good. But I am and Thousands of others are suffering from delays. There is also no coordination between trains at the main stations. The switching time is short, and if there is a delay of 6 or 7 minutes, for example, the train arrives and we are not able to switch to the second train. The other train is supposed to be informed to wait a while because there is an upcoming train 0.1 ⭐ The worst train company in Europe and perhaps in the world

    The app is really bad compared to the previous one. Whenever you open it "from" and "to" fields should be filled again while it can just show the recent search fields as you mostly commute on one route. After you search and quit the app, you start the app again, now the app is stuck and doesn't show the trains. You should force close it, start the app and search from beginning. The app compared to older one is very slow but also older app cannot be used anymore with the stupid warning pop-up.

    Freezes quite often, no memory last used connecton. Must close and restart tot make it work again. Old app was working better. Will disinstall and install 3rd party train app. Again the "SNCB" software department proofs again how bad it still is, as it was before...see too the generally not or poor working displays in the new M7 coaches. Any other train company does better..

    Right now, when I try to buy a ticket, it says it can't find a payment app. I'm with Belfius, and that app works as a bancontact app and as a Belfius Direct Net app. Neither payment option I choose seems to make a difference. It worked perfectly before. Right now other apps have no problem using my Belfius Mobile app for payments. So I presume the problem lies with your app. But just to be sure, I deleted storage/cache and deleted/reinstalled both apps. Restarted my phone. But no luck.

    Don't know why they had to change the entire interface and format of the app. It worked just fine before, now I can barely use it because I need to click 5 times more to get to the same screen. Can't save my journeys properly because the app keeps losing them after some time.

    This app is total garbage. The old app used to be decent. But then they replaced it with this one. This app makes every transaction more difficult than it needs to be. They also reduced their payment methods. Either you use a belgian Ban Contact or a creditcard. There is no longer an option to exclude certain high speed trains. If youre traveling from near the Border like Aachen or Maastricht this app is basicaly useless. You cant even buy such a ticket with it here. SNCB why?!?!?!?

    Why on earth do you force people to move from the old app that was working fine to this new one that doesn't? It's great that you innovate but don't roll it out as long as it is not working properly! E.g. I can check trains departing now but if I want to check a train to arrive somewhere tomorrow at a given time it doesn't work. I had to click "later train" around 50 times. Super annoying.

    Incompetence of the highest level. I need to log in to buy a ticket and after going through the steps to reset some long-forgotten account, I end up with "a technical error has occurred". I just want to buy a ticket, the most basic functionality this app can offer. How you manage to put 20 broken steps in-between me and a ticket is beyond me.

    You have to make an account to buy a single ticket which by itself takes ages, and the app freezes and shuts down when you try to reset your password; somehow the whole thing manages to be slower than getting a ticket from a ticket machine. Good for checking departure times, but so is Google Maps...

    Activated a journey with multi ticket - it didn't show up in my purchases so I thought maybe I did something wrong. Closed app, reopened, still no ticket under purchases. Activated the journey again - again it didn't show up in purchases. Checked my email, I got confirmation emails for two tickets (even though I only needed one). Tickets showed up in my app one hour later.. so had to use my email confirmation as "ticket" and wasted €8.3 on a ride I didn't need because the app failed.

    For me the app works averagely ok, it should have some extra functionalities: For your backlog: allow the app to remember that normally you have a return ticket. Show weekend ticket even if single ticket is selected to not take advantage of your customers and treat them with the respect they deserve. Remember previous search so we don't need to insert all info every time we close the app. Allow refresh by pushing down. Thanks I will wait for some changes ;)

    Good when it works, but often crashes during ticket purchases (thankfully so far always after the purchase so I can still get my ticket if I restart the app). Increasingly, I get a very generic error when opening the app "Hmm... er is onverwacht iets fout. Probeer het later nog eens" and then cannot use it at all for hours or even another day.

    A public transport app should do 2 things: Travel guidance through planning/timetables and booking. Planning stuggles with gps location requests over and over again. Just accept I don't always have gps on when I'm at home planning my trip... Booking requires an account. The thing that frustrates me the most that every time I travel I need to log in again. the process takes longer than just going to the machine at the station. Come on guys, there are apps out there that can keep you logged in...

    Unacceptable. Very user unfriendly. Doesn't show the trains correctly. The figures used to show the time walking, etc are not calculated on the basis of time and are the same regardless of the time spent. Search bar very slow and not correct results. Tragic. Stop it. It's useless.

    Terrible. i have a banking app on my phone it cant seem to find, the old version had no problems finding it. I had to create a paypal account just to be able to buy traintickets, thats crazy. The search in the old app was better too, actually everything was. Bring back the old app. And in the meantime fix the payment flow. Would give 0/5 if i could, always have some kind of problem when I use it. Update: still terrible, now endlessly loading a ticket i already payed for, need it for tomorrow.

    App has potential; the interactive design is pretty nice. However, registering an account within the app was really annoying; because I had to keep swiping to select my birthday (as the calendar starts with the current date)... Minor problem, but it made me feel very old.
