Seems okay, tracking tests is nice with multiple time frames. Taking pictures for food does not allow access to previous pics taken on the app. It does allow access to the phone pics.

I like this app until the last update. The data does not want to go right to my phone unless I restart my phone every time. It also freezes up and then again have to restart the phone. Not that big of a deal but kind of inconvenient.

so far this app and meter has been amazing! i wish there was a way to incorporate our meal tracking like with my fitness pal so maybe we can see our progress and issues with certain meals.

Easy to keep track of blood glucose. I also keep a written record, but it is not necessary. I was able to print past tests from the website to take them to my Dr's appt. Dr was impressed with the printout. Am able to control diabites with medication, and Livongo definitely helps me manage it.

I recently retired and now the app refuses to log data. I can understand Livlngo not studying data from someone no longer in the program, but the app should still read the heartbeats and display them. I guess it's time to move on to Omron.

Livongo is the way of the future of Glucose Testing! VERY user friendly interface, back-lit for darker environments, rechargeable (with a charging cord, (instead of changing batteries every so often) you don't have to program any test strip batch codes, easily accessible test logs, small and solid carrying case, access to diabetes information from medical professionals (if so desired) intermittent advice based on your blood sugar trends, the list goes on. I would recommend Livongo to anyone!

I've contacted support regarding my issues and I still have the issues ! The date on the meter was wrong from the beginning....today time and date on the meter is October 4 3:48 am. Reading will not download, keep getting error 20 (cellular not registered) I am truly frustrated with Livongo! What good is this system if it is not working properly?

Doesn't work from the start. Couldn't even set up the account and it failed. I was supplied information from my company to sign up, and the app refused to accept it and wants me to call someone. NO. It is supposed to work without me needing to call anyone. App is a failure.

Not bad as far as trying to help you lose weight by making lifestyle changes. It lost a star by asking you to rate the app immediately after installation and for asking repeatedly for a rating almost every time you used the app.

Does not work. Worked at first, then start getting an "Er Conn" message. Tried everything, including new batteries, leaving batteries out for up to 24hr, delete and reload the app, and customer service. Nothing works and no one able to help.

This would be a great app but I have many allergies and the recipes didn't fit well for me. I am also on low income, so substituting food in their recipes would be expensive for me. I declined membership.

04-06 On my 2nd blood pressure monitor and my readings STILL will not show on the website or in the App. Readings will not upload....so disgusted, totally give up. Such a waste of time and energy. Have no problems with blood glucose meter or the scale...readings appear immediately.

OMG!!! This is amazing!!! I got a letter in the mail stating i qualified for Livongo through my insurance. i went ahead and signed up on online that night. The next afternoon i had a package with all my diabetes supplies and starting kit. I have never had anything ship to be in less than 24 hours and at no cost. Anyway i downloaded Livongo app. i took my first blood sugar with my new meter. My results saved on the meter and also automatically transfers to the app. This is just great!

This program makes me feel like I need to take better care of myself. I love how it checks up on me and gives me feedback and tips on controling my blood sugar. Its like I have a team watching out for me. When I don't have the time for myself. Can also sinc my fitbit to help track excerise.

I love this app and service. Before livongo my A1C was out of control at 9.7 but within 5 months of starting the program and using the app my A1C was down to 7.2. I've used this app and livongo now for over a year and my A1C is now at 6.1 which is awesome. Thank you for the app and service it's helped me get back to being me. Highly recommend this app to everyone
