It couldn't find my local hospital. No way to do a text search. Meditech has responded saying they have submitted the issue to their team. I have raised the rating by two stars for now. When I'm able to find my local hospital on the app, I will raise it higher.

Worked great till today when I went to use it and needed it ugh . Actually needed some data for a different doctor off it since test results I know show on it that are not in their system and ugh...first time I cannot get into it...what a joke. Never seem to get important data when ya need it. Soon we will be hearing how our data was leaked and we can get millions...then we get $5 each for it!!! Another joke

Don't work I can't even get the portal to open. It used to work just fine and all of a sudden it won't open at all and when I go log in straight from the website it let's you open the portal home page but then all the little different sections are blank with no information.

I had the worst time using this app. No matter what I did I was not able to reset my password. I ended up missing my appointment with my Dr. We rescheduled for later in the day and it still didn't work. Finally just spoke with my Dr over the phone versus a virtual visit. Very frustrating app and most difficult to utilize.

My husband and I love this app. It comes in handy for appointments,since we're getting older and sometimes are forgetful. We had problems with the app,in the beginning but was told that if we didn't use it at least once a month, we would have to call and get it set up again. Thank you for making things easier for us.

it has been horrible. Trying to log in says things dont match. Then i do reset and make it in. try agai a few minutes later and get the id and password dont match. SYSTEM STINKS. IF YOUR HOSPITl uses this system tell them to switch. I rate it a Negative 5.

been using mhealth for the past 4 years never had a problem at all. Now it's alot of problems. I can't get through with my username and password. I try to reset and called my hospital for resetting, it is still not working. The last time I was able to open it was just 1 week ago and notice that some of my patient informations for instance my phone number was changed? How? The explanation I got it must be the server? Could be? Which I doubt?If not I have to wait til Monday. Bummer

It works, but its not up to current standards. The app looks like it was designed by someone in high school. You can view your bills but you cannot pay your bills through the app. The Sanford Epic app is light years ahead of this archaic app. There's no excuse to why a major regional healthcare system is not investing in user convenience.

Will only work on cell phone. Can not download app on any other device just cell phones. You can not print any result or read any reports. Mychart was so much better could access on any device and print, pay bills and send messages to provider.

Worst app ever always kicks you out with same information u just plugged into it my Drs office has reset it multiple times for me and it still doesn't work I thought t portal they used before was bad but it wasn't this BAD at least you could actually get in your account and talk to your Dr this thing tells me my login info is wrong every time even though it's right. Now I'm stuck w no portal and back to having to call my Dr's office every time. No feed back from app designers.

Perhaps the problem is me. It is hard to remember passwords to begin with, then I carefully construct them...correct them MANY TIMES, and then I am told that I already have an account. This is the first time in my memory that I've tried to use this patient portal. I am confused because now it won't take the passwords I worked so hard on, just minutes ago.

I hate this stupid app! I had no problem setting up an account but after the 1st time logging in, I can't sign back in. Google saved my info so I know that I've got the right username & what not. I would like to be able to see my test results to see if I have cancer or not. Is it only happening to me or is anyone else experiencing this as well?

Gives me the ability to message any of my doctor's directly without having to play phone tag. So as not waste time for a quicky message. I can look at all my appointments for the whole hospital. Just wish I could retitle the app so I know which hospital I will be contacting by using the hospitals as the title As I have multiple doctors in different hospitals and clinics Right now I've got three portals and I just have to guess which ones the right one.

Very fustrating. I can see my labs and notes once after they are inputed then I'm not able too. I cannot communicate with providers like I use to be able to. I love the idea of this app if it worked more consistently.

I'm in BC trying to access Health Portal for Interior Health and it would not populate any options for me, just kept saying "retry" despite trying manually and with the location on or off. I even tried re-downloading and reinstalling the app in case there was some kind of error during the install. Nope, same problem. Very disappointing.
