App is starting to be very annoying. There is now an update every week or two. The upgrade shouldn't be mandatory if one does not want to upgrade. Jumia app doesn't force you to upgrade, if you don't want to and you still get to use the app just fine. Yours will deny the user access to the app unless you go ahead with the upgrade. These weekly or frequent prompts to upgrade is downright frustrating for me. Cumulate your upgrades quarterly or every six month, make it less frequent. Fix up Asap.

This is one of the worst online shopping apps. Going directly to the website actually gives more shopping options that the app which doesn't make any sense since it's supposed to be the same store. I can't add products to my saved items on the app. My account on the website can't seem to sync with my app account which sucks. Just horrible.

A terrible app. I can't even see where to contact the customer care. The product I ordered for was delivered but with a wrong size. Ever since, I have been trying to return it and get a new one. The robot keep asking me to send mail and send pictures of the product delivered to me. Who does that? Even with their WhatsApp number, you keep getting automated messages. Really frustrating. The worst is that the response time takes forever.

I am having trouble placing an order. The system is too complex and not swift. I have tried ordering for an item 3 times, not sure if it fails or goes, I simply can't tell because after entering my number /Email and expecting to use the ussd code, It disappears and says order has been placed. No traces of placed order or transaction! You also try to contact them, it says Network error and my network is perfectly fine. Such a horrible glitch!! I don't have issues like this on Jumia!!!

This app has being misbehaving seriously. There are times I try to place order and it doesn't go through. Other times Oder is created mistakenly and there is no cancellation as it keeps saying network is bad even when its not. I place order of TV and it wasn't shipped, so I went ahead to place another, only for 2 TV to be shipped at the same time. I tried cancelling one of it but couldn't because of the app network issues. Konga can improve on this. App crashing is another issue.

Your app is epileptic...Always!! It delays to display results searches, and when it finally does, the results just disappear. It is so annoying! Just here again to emphasize how disappointed I am in the fact that Konga, up till date, cannot ensure they have a more user-friendly app. Glitches, random refreshes, clicks that don't take you to what you clicked for, and then being taken to a place you didn't click for.
