I had this on my former phone + was upset it was hacked about a month ago. Could hear echo during calls, a voice announced the time without warning, kept having weird things pop up, like MirriamWebster "word of the day" when I wasn't subscribed, etc. The scan said "ok" but the button for hiest security kept switching back to the lower rating. Just got new phone + voice started again. It was not Assistant or TalkBack then I saw they had Digital Wellbeing app that came with the phones. That was it

I was not sure I would like this. But it came with the new phone so I gave it a whirl. I love the spam blocker. Love it. Now I am still letting calls go to voicemail if there is not programmed name or it's private. But it has wiped a huge amount of stress off. Not having to look up numbers all day to decide if it was someone I needed to talk to...this is really good. I haven't even delved into much more of it except knowing my emails and credit my cards are safe from hackers is really nice as.

Constant problems. App is constantly using up to 20% of my phone's CPU memory while RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND (using a Galacy Note9) and whenever I try to open the app, it freezes at the main screen without showing me any of the options to do anything within the app. Have tried phone restarts, about to get rid of this worthless service.

everytime i lock an app it will give the screen to put password like a million times! really annoying... one time is ok... but really and then it wont take my finger print.. asks me for code when it should take either.. ? and then shuts the whole app down or will freeze and i will have to turn phone off. its been giving nothing but problems since i downloaded this app, and phone seems to run slower now!

I do not like this app at all, first of all it drains my battery really fast, second of all I'm paying for handset protection and I have already registered this but it keeps giving me the free subscription without all the features. When I try to use it after not using it for a week I have to redo everything and turn on all the features again.

I don't understand why there was a switch from Lookout to McAfee but I hate it. I tested out if there was a block system for wary sites and I didn't see any. Lookout automatically blocks me from accessing it. I even checked the settings. What annoys me the most is while im driving I use my GPS to drive around. I have wifi on, but everytime I pass an area that has strong Xfinity hotspot my phone connects then disconnects. Once that happens theres a notification that blocks my gps. Fix this asap!!

Well, it's decent for 3 bucks a month but it doesn't auto update. I had to Uninstall and reinstall for that and it's no walk in the park, because you basically have to let it access everything. The antithetical and remote lock requires a subscription with McAfee, and Samsung Knox let's you do the same thing for free, so I chose not to activate that with McAfee. Also, if you have issues with the app, good luck, because absent a subscription, McAfee won't help you, and Metro can't do tech supp

McAfee Security for Metro is weak. As a Metro subscriber and payee of the account, I should have the backup capability. In my case, a family member went missing for a month and had my phone. I was unable to recover any data in a very desperate moment. I would enter my information and it was either not verified or an error message was sent and the only option to verify me was via sms message instead of a backup option. Never again will I ever use Metro...it's scary and very unreliable.

Can't it to scan at all! Ever since metro merged with Tmobile and had every one change from lookout to this app, I've had no protection. It crashes on opening. I have never liked this program. I'ved used anything else on my desktops and laptops to avoid this program and now they're force feeding it to me. Without this app my insurance is void. Please fix it.
