Very smooth experience but would love one additional feature. Locking the touchpad from touchpads themselves. Like by enabling one gesture as master gesture and allowing it all times. Thanks.

Despite othe users bad comment, i give this apps 5 stars. Just because of the intuitiveness and user friendliness of the apps. Each of the buds features have explanation with animated pictures which i really like to help me understand more of the product.

I got muy buds+ on may 2020 and they were just great the first couple months but after the second software update they started to have connectivity issues and I can't get more than 5ft away from my cellphone because the buds start to sound distorted or just don't sound at all but they still appear to be connected to my phone and I have tried them with different devices and it's the same problem

Awful update to the earbuds and app! I hate the new interface...Just a bunch of menu options on a white background. Last update changed my call quality as well...Sounds broken up, as though I'm too far away from my phone, yet, it's beside me. It all sucks!

Love this app, your able to switch from hearing your surroundings. I just wish they would go back to their original opening page were you could switch from bass boost and dynamic off the main opening screen.

After some updates in software, sound quality of calls reduced drastically. Even at full volume, very hard to understand what the other person is saying over a call. Needs improvement at earliest

Unable to use after last update. You have to go into Airplane mode to even get to the app, otherwise you get stuck on an Update screen which reverts to an Uninstall option after selection.

There is significant battery issues after last update. Starting both at 100% charge. After 30 mins usage left one is at 97% and right one at 54%. This is really insane with what has caused this issue.
