Constant spam popup notifications for things I have no interest in. Can't turn them off! Difficult to read my subscriptions, and generally a BAD APP! Cancelling my magazine subscription and may order the print version. Also removing this trash from my phone and tablet. I truly HATE THIS APP!

I used Zinio for the desktop years ago. Nothing but problems, and no response from customer service. Ended up cancelling the subscription. Google Play is getting out of the magazine subscription business, and I will not be going to Zinio to continue my existing subscriptions. Unless they are available on Kindle, I'll be cancelling more.

I experienced a problem on a particular device that prevented me from downloading my magazines. Assistance provided by Zinio was 1st rate. The app's functionality was checked by Zinio staff and no faults discovered. Unistalling/reinstalling corrected the problem completely. 5 stars for the app and 5 stars for the customer service.

Works so-so for reading CQ magazine. The app dump tons and tons of nonsensical notifications to my phone. If no notices were flooding my phone, this would be a 3 star app. As is, it's a pain in the butt app and 1 star is being generous. I'll be encouraging CQ to find a better, more user friendly way to distribute their magazines to subscribers or I'll drop CQ same as I'm dropping this terrible app. The website isn't too bad.

Zinio works well in general - it is only a 3/5 star app for me though, because it has pop-up advertising about sales practically every time you open the app, and your home page is a bunch of advertising as well. When I'm paying for content, I want to see the content I pay for, not other things I could purchase.

Used to be really good but now my subscription mags are over two weeks late before they get uploaded to the app so will not be renewing my subscriptions. A real shame as my other half is having the same issue with different magazines.

Can't read or download any of my magazines. When ever * click on one to download it "loads" a quarter of the way then says " an error has occured please try again" this error is indefinit and there is no resolve on the FAQ section of their app.

Zinio used to work fine for me but the last 3 times I have tried to use it I have been charged for magazines and then get an error code and I am unable to access the content. The taking your money section seems to work fine, the delivering on the promise, not so much. Very unhappy. It is also seemingly deliberately difficult to get in touch or gain a response from Zinio. No luck in getting any response or my money back.

It would be great to have a favourite feature, where you could mark magazines as ones you like without having to subscribe. Would help this single issue purchasing broke student a lot.
