Paid to reserve number but then it turns out you STILL need credits to actually make or receive calls. So I bought extra credits. That didn't work either, the credit balance would magically fluctuate and eventually go to zero even with only 2 test texts made. They really want you to participate in their ridiculous activities in order to earn credits that way. The app in general is an ad cluttered, activities-crammed mess. I ported out the number by paying an extra $120 (!) so I can move on.

Customer service is very poor,I have been having issues using my numbers for viber activation and I have send messages countless times now and nobody is replying or trying to solve the problem,I don't think I can recommend this app to anyone

Most people will complain for every little problem they encounter on an app, but the fact remains that this is a good app, infact the best out if all calling apps. I enjoyed free calls today with my friends registered on the app. Their call rate might be a bit high but like I said no one should expect everything to be perfect. I. Summary this is a great app. Kudos to the developers and I encourage them to keep doing more and more to reduce the call rates. Thanks Your formidable user

Great App....good to have second line ....only need wifi....no sim..no problem......i dont know how other calling apps are cuz ive always trusted this one.and have neva had any problems....if u own a pay as u go phone and run out of minutes ....no problem. ....u can still make phone calls with your exsisting number or if preferred u can use the number u picked from dingtone....also both lines can be tied to the same voicemail......or you can always. Have your. # be aynonomous....its up to u

Scam. All calls I've ever made are dropped or the person can't hear me despite having amazing internet service. You won't receive multiple messages. Multiple phone numbers I paid for received porn that can't be stopped. It will NOT give you the credits it advertises. It continually scams you. Avoid this app.

After I paid their money in full ,they still call me and told me I have been counted default for 7days and that its 800 per day wish the total is 6400 that but due to the fact that is there app that has problems during the time I pay back that because they had seen my payment as explained so that I should pay anything I can pay out of the 6400 and they will clear me on app ,at that same day I pay another 5000 jst to clear myself from that mess .

Dammit! Your app is stealing my login credits again! This is my former complaint: You keep robbing me for my daily check-in points! I use this app almost everyday and I check in every day! I'm going To delete it and keep my 1 star rating the way it is if that's doesn't stop! I will tell others not to install app! If you fix this then I will give a better rating and suggest it to others
