I'm writing this to get the developer's attention. You cannot edit goals, if you want to change the time of your reminder, you have to delete and remake the goal, if it's the original body awareness exercise, you have to go through programs and find the specific part that adds it to your goals. This is not a positive, it's a hindrance. I'm competing similar apps, they don't this problem. Best fix it so I we both can achieve our goals, yes?

I used this app for a few months and it had some tips and exercises that did help me a little. However, I felt that some of the exercises were very mediocre and text book, and weren't really helpful for more serious issues. I've done therapy for a while and was recommended some mental health apps, but this one doesn't give me as much support as I require. I think it would work well for some people, but for me its just not a right fit.

it's been around 3 weeks since i've started using this app. before i discovered innerhour, my anxiety was very difficult to handle. but thanks to this app i've learned a lot of tips and tricks. now i can see a great improvement on my mental health! i thought there was something SERIOUSLY wrong about my health but ever since i knew how to control my anxiety and stress, those physical symptoms disappeared. hope you'll add a "forum" for people like me to interact!

I like this app a lot. I love reading the resources provided for insight into mental health and self esteem. Relief bot is pretty cute and helpful when I'm feeling down. I really enjoy the thought diffusion and guided breathing activities. I also love that I can create goals and track them- it helps me stay motivated even if I don't always complete every goal. I still feel happy just checking that I've done something.

It's.. meh, not great. Trying out several therapy apps and this one- kinda overwhelming. The bot talks way too fast, the activities aren't super helpful, and trying to get actual help from it is kinda hard, cuz instead of letting me address the issue, it encourages me to just keep it all in and instead, try to list positive things. Which fine, works for some people, yes, but I came here to address the issue and actually get help for it, not be ignored again-!

The app doesn't approve OTP and the app is barring my login. Additionally when I was using the app the mental health practitioners were so unprofessional. I attended around 2-3 sessions with a psychologist and then he told me that he would be referring me to someone else without my consent. A person battling mental illness is too exhausted to navigate all of this. Such an enabling and insensitive platform
