Have had a Naim Mu-so for about a year now, desperately waiting for a version of the app that would actually work. Tried the app on 5 different phones, but couldn't get it to work so use the Mu-so as a generic Bluetooth speaker, I gave up. Baffling that such an amazing brand can fail so miserably with such a simple thing as an app..

Like many other people using this app for their naim equipment, I have been pulling my hair out. I bought a mu-so at the start of August and as yet have been unable to connect it to my Wi-Fi fiollowing the instructions on the app! A complete waist of time! The mu-so is visible to all my devices including my phone where I've installed the app but the app still can't connect the mu-so to my Wi-Fi. Really unhappy about this!

Why can't you employ a software developer and improve the app? It gives a really bad impression of your hardware which is excellent, when the app doesn't work - constantly!

Loads of stations won't play, the likes of Heart Xmas which started to air recently won't play along with loads of other UK stations, they played last year and now they won't, get it sorted out as soon as possible please.

For very expensive system poor app. Now when I select an artist it doesn't show their albums anymore - you can only play all. Often can not find cd stored and ripped by system (but know it's there). Files ripped not transferable to other systems as their way of storing data doesn't work if their database doesn't recognize album. Seriously regret my purchase.

Huge improvement for me and my Muso. Only hiccup was me using a USB storage device that had errors on it, jammed the app wherever I had it when switching between sources. Fixed by going to the app on the device, shutting off the app and clearing the cache. Using a new usb drive, restarted and things are hunky dory so far.

I can’t believe it. This app is supposed to control hi-fi equipment worth (tens of) thousands of euros and it feels like it was designed by a teenager 10 years ago on a cheap smartphone. If you want "world class sound" then buy NAIM; their hi-fi products are top-class, there's no question about that. If you want 21st century apps and convenience, go somewhere else.

Useless keeps dropping out for no reason. Incredible for a premium equipment. That Naim for some reason is not able to fix this bug. I'm sure give it to some kid in India and they would be able to right some better code than this useless app. Not sure if the v2 of the Mu-So uses the same app and will have the same problem....
