I kept getting emails and in-app invitations for this spesific premium survey (same survey ID), but I can't access it and kept saying I don't match the profile needed. I also couldn't access any survey at all bcs the previous error was always there. I waited thinking it was just a bug, but it's been more than two weeks now and the same problem still occur. Too bad, this was one of my favorite survey app, but it's literally can't be used anymore. Thanks Toluna, you'll be missed.

there are not many surveys, I don't think that you will succeed with actually getting anything, the points you need for anything are very high but the surveys don't give much. They are very boring surveys and it seems a little sketchy

Keep on having error after spending 10 mins on quick and premium survey the last page keep coming as error...it's frustrating! Am not getting the points after giving the information, feel as if i was cheated for my survey only.

Technological difficulties on occasion and doesn't reward for surveys you don't qualify for like it used to. BUT very trustworthy as far as rewards.

Update 2: Still cant log in to Toluna. I've applied for emails several times to reset my password, but I haven't received any links. No one reply my emails. Becarefull when you have many points guys and then can't log in. Say goodbye to your hard works.

Too good to be True. Took quite a few surveys, made a decent amount of points, then out of nowhere, I was logged out and couldn't log back in. Tried to reset password and had to contact them. They replied and told me my account had been untruthful in a survey or something along those lines. They kicked me out, was never able to redeem points for gift cards, I think it's somewhat of a scam. If they see someone earning quickly they may just shut down the account so they don't have to pay out.

I was able to complete surveys fine. Attempted to get a reward a few times but it never actually processed and the points just went back to my account. All the while, I was still doing more surveys. Now all of a sudden I can't log in. I'm sure they will claim I "violated" some term. Should have read the reviews before signing up. Don't waste your time.
