This app sucks. I placed an order and now the app says my order is canceled even though I was charged and never received it. When I click on the canceled message and select "not canceled", nothing happens.

I use route for every smilyn order for it's cheap but awesome insurance and it also makes it easy to track my packages from other companies. while I've had a few issues here and there I'd still give it a 5 star rating for convenience sake

This app is junk. Nothing works. Showing me totally wrong info, says package delivered but it's not. Super frustrating. I do not recommend. Glad I didn't have to pay for this app or I'd really be upset.

I love that it automatically uploads my orders. However, I wished I could actually see where the driver is on the map. Sometimes, I get an update that will have an estimated time for delivery; so that is nice!

Wants to access your email before it will track your packages... But I'm using my Google account to log into it in the first place, literally shows the orders I've made that I've paid to be 'secured by route' but somehow needs to read my emails to get the shipping number. Crazy!

Lot of hoops to jump through to get a real tracking number. Weird middleman app has no reason to exist other than sit on your phone and track what you do.
