App is slow and glitchy when signal is poor. Prevents scrolling and browsing, sometimes goes to a white no signal page and you lose your filters which is frustrating when your on page 6. I can stream HD videos on YouTube with my 4G but cannot use this app

Customer service after signing on the dotted like was very awful. First of all, vehicle doesn't show in app and countless attempts to get it rectified has failed. Secondly vehicle which was advertised with satnav didnt have satnav sd card. Card was sent out after a couple of weeks of back and forth and it still doesn't work. Its a shame Arnold Clark is pooping on the Audi brand but lesson learnt. Never again.
