Rubbish! Whatever you do don't download a film to your device. You have to remove it if you then choose to stream it to you TV instead. However, if you do remove it then it won't play on anything. I now can't watch the film I paid for. An amateurish service compared to Netflix and Amazon.

Tried to watch a movie on my Chromebook but there is a constant "wobble" where the top and bottom borders jump up and down continually so the whole screen shakes. All. The. Time. Absolutely impossible to watch anything.

Excellent experience, but I think is a lot of money, the mensual subscription and additionaly to buy or rent the movies. For example, the points that Rakuten gives us when we buy or rent movies is very few for being able to see one free movie. We need to rent or buy for example 100 movies to get the points for one free movie. I think this is not a real incentive for the clients.

Not sure if it's to do with the rollout of Android 12, but now the app crashes for me when trying to cast to a Chromecast. Before this it was usually ok, although not great (casting left an annoying grey bar on my screen, movie choice of newer independent films could be better).

Absolutely appalling service. Trying to cast to a Chromecast is beyond crazy, videos you rent you can't watch as it cuts off half way through and you end up with a message saying you can't watch online because the movie is offline, remove from device, when nothing has been downloaded meaning you never get to finish it.

Unable to disable subtitles. Selecting "Without subtitles" switches to English subtitles. Vastly Dissapointing for an app that boasts about streaming quality considering the amount of reliable competition. It's even worse that the subtitles are a good 20 seconds behind actual dialogue

Most movies aren't available to rent. You can't purchase through the app, you have to go onto the website to purchase then back on to the app which is a pain. Half the time when you download something to watch offline it doesn't work. Why you would use this over one of the other streaming services is beyond me.

got free code off justeat, voucher didn't work, emailed support back and forth for 3 days which was no help. Got an email to rate the support and even that didn't work! Won't use again, wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this.

Cast I broken. Can't cast purchased movies via Google Chromecast. I can only play them on my phone, as soon as that "ready to cast" shows up on the TV, the play button disappeares in the app.

Rubbish. Cannot send movie to Chromecast. Only use this app if you don't mind watching that movie you paid for on your phone. This app looks like it was developed in 2007.

For some reason it won't cast a film to my android TV, or a separate Chromecast device. This is despite it having the 'cast' icon visible. Will delete.

Have it natively on my Samsung TV . It suggests directly all the free (with 7 Ad breaks per movie, some interective movie ads you can watch) movies so far soo good, no buffering issues with 100mbs WiFi

Lots of great film choices. Easy to use. Sadly not compatible with PS4, but great for watching films on laptop and phone.

If I could give this service minus points I would. I had a very bad experience with Rakuten for the sake of £5. I would advice everybody to stay away from this deceiving company. Films can be watched on other platforms or in the cinema.

Chromecast playback via phone app on Android 11 keeps stopping and returns to start. Chromecast with Google TV doesn't have an app yet. Disappointing.
