This app is great. Has lots of room to add feedback for other caregivers and a good amount of info that can be added to a client's care assessment plan. BUT! One huge problem with it is that I cannot go back and see all my shifts worked I order to see if payroll is correct. That really needs to be updated and needs to go back (show a history of) at least one year. That would be amazingly helpful!! Thanks!!

It functions. Most of the time. Location clock in/out didn't work even though I gave it permission. Eventually I figured out that if I dive in some secret settings. Only then I was able to get it to work. It says fingerprint facial ID recognition, but it doesn't work (works now.) Finally, the "navigate to location" doesn't work properly the first time I click it. I have to back out of the map system and click it two or three times to get the proper address to show up.

The buttons are unresponsive or poorly responsive. I could fill out paper faster than using the app. Especially when I need to clock out as quickly as possible and I'm unable until I click through all the buttons. Being forced to answer why questions on a 'No' response is ineffectual as most things listed are not relevant. i.e., change bedding once a week is a 'no' 6/7 times.

Incredibly slow, constantly timing out . Completely useless recording start and end time accurately. Often the clock in\out will record as late because it sits loading for so long. For the times it does work(30% of the time... And that's being generous) I have to give at least 10 min ahead to log in or update because it takes so long to log in and do the reporting. This app is not up to par with today's technology at all.

App started off fairly functional. However now, a little under four months later, it is not great. It's almost impossible to mark tasks, it doesn't always save comments, and it locked me out for a week and a half without the option to password reset. I honestly have found it more useful to use client's telephone and just dial in. Con is having to dig for new addresses.

One of my issues with the app may actually be due to my phone...many times I'll try to mark "yes" for a task but it won't register and I'll end up having to tap 10-15 times until it does. The other improvement I'd like to see is an "n/a" or "not needed" button for tasks rather than just the "no" and "yes" options. Many times on a shift, I if I tap "no" for a task, it creates an issue, and tapping "yes", makes it look like something was completed multiple times.

Very buggy and slow... I wish I did not have to use this for work, it makes my day very stressful. It does not respond to the touch of your finger. For example, pushing 'Next' or 'Yes' it will not instantly load. It takes at least over 30 seconds to respond to your tap, sometimes longer. I've learned it's faster to just exit out of the app and re open it after your 'yes' finally loads which is just ridiculous. If this app was less buggy and didn't buffer so much, It would be much more convenient

The ClearCareGo app is tedious to use and grossly inefficient. I'm frequently unable to log-in and clock-in (or out) requiring a phone call to the office in order to get the times correct. It often locks up requiring me to restart the device in order to continue. It "times out" a lot. There is no way for the caregiver to verify photos uploaded. If one changes employers or works for more than one company, you must use a different e-mail and log in the App for each, separately.

The app is really nice . Only thing that could use improving is the task section. Tasks should be shift appropriate. The tasks vary from shift to shift but the app doesn't distinguish between the shifts and won't allow you to punch out unless you answer yes to all tasks. Other than that it's very informative and I love that it keeps track of all completed shifts.
