Update changed EVERYTHING. The UI is confusing along with the new symbol system. There are all these unneeded bells and whistles that change Leafly's experience entirely. I also think Leafly purged their "Vew strains from A-Z" list, why the hell would you remove something that isn't broken?? I use that to remember names of strains, it helps jog my memory. Now this app is completely useless to me.

The creators of the app themselves don't post photos of strains. However, literally anyone else with a camra can upload a picture onto the app.... This makes the app really unreliable. Each strain has muliple different pictures. Each photo of the bud looks different in color, crystal visibility, etc, from the last photo posted for the same strand you clicked on. Just annoying, and pretty much useless until Leafly uploads the pictures themselves...

Why am i having to enter my medical info for orders?? It had all my other info saved but i have to enter my #. Quite inconvenient that i have to find my card, i can't copy the number from my pictures so i have to flip back and forth between screens. Aggravating

Wish there was an option for a one time fee to get rid ads, advertisements make up 2/3 of the screen as soon as you open the app. Popular strains should be replaced by favorite strains, no sense in looking at the same three overrated strains everytime I open the app. Good app, but should focus on more effecient ways to communicate information.

Horrible experience with the new layout. For example. Strain flavors are described as pepper, herbal, citrus. The prior layout described a strain flavor as earthy (coffee shop style), vanilla, sweet. The prior layout was simple easy and helped me make quick and reliable decisions. This new app just isnt working out for me. Its complicated. The flavors are confusing. The layout seems like something out the throw away idea box. I am not using the app much and may look for a new one instead.

Update: It's only just getting worse. Every time I use this there are issues. It has a whole selection of dispensaries that "deliver" but...when I called they don't deliver. It shows deals and sales they're having with dates in 2021. And then I call the store and its gone Honestly, if this wasn't the most used app for my dispensaries, I wouldn't use this. It's hard to navigate, hard to find deals, doesn't display the right info on what's in stock, and I always have issues with click responses.
