Horrid. Slow. Endless spinning nothingness. Glitchy. Totally frustrating. For all the effort that went into nice logos and graphics, this app completely fails in delivering anything useful.

Abysmal. You are supposed to be able to watch Hockey Night in Canada in the app but when you try to it loads an article about how you can watch games in the app with a link to install the app you've already installed. They don't actually stream the games! Uninstalling this useless waste of space.

Last hockey season it worked great to cast live feeds, everything changed since the Olympic revamp and now nothing works. I can watch HNIC on a small screen within a page that won't even go full screen, and then there is no casting option within the player.... Very frustrating

Event list and results refresh when phone is rotated and take a long time to load. Live feed is not always to the correct sport if there are multiple sports in the same field such as athletics. Is now not showing results for recent events.

Loved the app and all the coverage. We used it from Day 1 to the closing ceremonies. There were so many events to see and follow live or catch up with later. We never encountered a glitch. Looking forward to the 2022 Winter Olympics! Thanks CBC!

What a joke and piece of garbage. Half of the news stories don't open. You just wait forever with a spinning wheel as the app thinks about it. Also, there are no actual sports on tv according to this app. If you search for any of the individual sports that will be on tv the result is 0 found. You have to find out what time they will be live streaming then search your tv for a channel that might be carrying it.

Edit: forget this app and use CBC Gem if you intent to Chromecast. Much, much better. CBC Olympics is unusable at the moment. Rarely can go more than a minute or two without buffering/crashing on Chromecast. There's something seriously wrong with this app -- i stream sports on DAZN and TSN without any issues, regularly.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had with am app! Nothing works. Puts me into an infinite loops to stream the hockey game, you need to download the CBC sports app.. I'm in the CBC sports app. Wow! But I guess it is a crown corp so I shouldn't have high expectations.
