There's a toolbar at the bottom of the screen now? 27/1/24. Why move it from the top? It's larger and prevents easily scrolling down to older chats It's easy now to mistakenly open up the Calls or Update menu vs getting to the home screen Not an intuitive placement in my opinion At the same time you haven't given us Communities.

I use this app to communicate and take orders for customers. However, the app keeps crashing when I click on manage orders and payments. I would love to get my customers to use the catalogue bit if I can't see what's happening with the payments and orders it's a problem. Please could you fix this urgently as I have 1000+ customers and this would help me tremendously.

Put 1 star just for getting response, otherwise the app is 5star great app. I just want to give feedback about labels. Labels is great future for this kind app, but we need shortcut for filtering contacts with specific label. Otherwise it is quite boring to press store icon, scroll down than enter labels section and choose label we want.

I have been unable to backup my WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business accounts to Google Drive since November 14, 2023. I have attempted manual backup methods, but the system indicates it's unable to update for both accounts. I've ensured a stable internet connection, sufficient storage space, and updated both apps to the latest versions.I have verified the correct Google account linked to WhatsApp, and I've confirmed the account has ample storage on Google Drive.

You should add some new features like chats and groups should be separated. Users should be given an option to share status with all contacts or only with selected contacts. If add such features I'm sure that people will delete all the third party WhatsApps. I hope you'll add these features soon!

Make it easier to navigate by swiping left or right. It's difficult having to adjust my finger to the bottom of the screen just to switch from chats to calls to updates and what not.

In the Status section, do the list type as before.. and go to our channel as now the status is being shown... and in WhatsApp chat, the chat show was shown earlier today and then the date has started but now the chat is being shown. I have been showing for a whole week...

The app is very nice it really makes my communication much easier with it's audio chat option. It also consumes lesser data, with little data i can send messeges to friends and family but sometimes slow . i will give it four star.

My experience was fine and alright, just hoping if you could add an update of we pinning important status updates we like. And also putting off read receipts for groups.. Then probably an update where we would be able to tag a contact in a status, so they'd definitely see it when a message is passed via status
