I have Nokia 6.1. I am unable to start the support chat. the phone is behaving weirdly. Most of the apps dont respond. I installed games & when tried launching them, it shows black screen. charging sounds are coming during calls. Phone doesnt seem to be a good option for future. Though we r getting regular updates, the phone isn't stable.

Just updated my nokia 1 from Android 8 to 10 & having so many bad experiences. 1) No WhatsApp pop notifications & also i don't get to receive WhatsApp call once i close my WhatsApp. 2) once i insert or remove the charger into the phone, the phone goes blind for some seconds like it crashes before returning to whatever it is I'm using it for. 3) i discovered that once the phone is on, power bank doesn't charge it until i off the phone & the battery drians too fast & many more. Pls do something.

This is one of those love-hate apps. I love the Nokia customer service, but I hate the app when it creates so many problems. For months I have been complaining to Nokia that my 4 year old iPhone was faster than my new Nokia and they said give the phone time to adjust to the updates. Since the recent update of the app, my phone flies. No more "phone is starting" message. If I start getting that message again then this app will go. The poor quality of this app destroys Nokia's reputation.

Have been a user since the relaunch in 2017, and my Nokia 5 works perfectly fine. Support is always there when you need help regarding your phone, and they provide excellent customet service. Contacted them for about 5 times exactly and they have delivered, every time. Glad to have our own app that pretty much has everything you need for your phones well-being and information.

Why the heck has my call display features keep changing its smaller and everything moved around IE loud speaker, button numbers, hold etc the volume is extremely low callers are unable to hear my voice please fix this issue obviously no response no help what's the point leaving a review I'd like to take my star back. clearly by other reviews left no response from the development obviously doesn't care poor quality performance time to ditch this application as it doesn't provide support

Im using a Nokia C2 . This phone is super slow up to a point that it take up to 10 to 20 sec before showing an incoming call option to answer but while ringing . Most of the times I miss a lot of calls because I won't be able to answer them . Please upgrade your software if it's the problem

This damn phone keeps on stopping for no reason. Its too slow for my liking it takes like two minutes before it respond. And the storage is not encouraging at all. At a point i had to delete all my audios and the phone doesn't even have an audio recorder.

This app shows the phone stats (temperature, memory, etc) and it have chat support for your phone. But I don't know if the info is real. The battery of my cellphone is faulty but the app keeps saying it's good.

My Nokia C10 just changed my love for Nokia . The phone rings many times with a blank screen. I tried checking the settings to see if I can atlist use side buttons to answer but there are no options to that . I will never in my life buy Nokia smart phone.The phone is too slow to load what ever .

It's working perfectly except that it takes time to show a caller but ringing,then we end up missing a call.when I say we, it's because my sister is also experiencing the same problem.lastly when I am attaching my documents on Gumtree it's not attaching compare to my previous cell phone.thank you.my cell phone is Nokia C1 2nd Edition.

no idea why this app installed and updated itself on my system without asking. out of curiosity i launched it and found it does nothing useful, its mostly menu based fluff that redirects you to things elsewhere on your phone. i bought a 7.1 for the pure AndroidOne experience, not useless nokia bloatware

I don't know what's wrong with everyone! Nokia had made a comeback & it's a proper one. HMD didn't give you cheap phones in the name of Nokia, for the sake of using an already popular name. I bought a 8.3 & really happy with it. The camera is everything about the phone. It puts my dad's Note 10 and Brother's Iphone 12 to Shame. I couldn't believe my eyes when it took bright photos in pitch dark situation (gcam) while my XS max clearly struggled to capture any detail at all.Battery life's superb

My Nokia 2.2 is great I've just updated it to Android 11. It's unbelievable lots of extra things on it now. Absolutely the best phone I've ever had. I used to only have Motorola but I did a bit of reading on the Nokia 2.2 & I was impressed also it's Duel SIM. Sim 1 is on Tesco SIM 2 is on O2. Between them I have total unlimited calls and texts. The best is 200GB data a month I never use it all. Keep it up Nokia

We still need Nokia phones that FULLY support SCREEN MIRRORING/CASTING to our SMART TVs without necessarily having to again purchase Chromecast devices. This is a costly addition that we aim to cut from our already tight budgets. Moreover, we should be able to CAST images and videos just like other phones without the need for external WIFI connections. Please!!!

My overall experience with the Nokia C10 is really disappointing. The phone doesn't show who is calling or options to answer the phone, it has the worst media features ever, music stops playing midway through songs. It keeps on freezing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase the phone honestly, it's been a sad experience

The app is good in day light, the image come out good. However, the HDR mode don't seems to add any colour boost. I'm using other camera app which seems to perform slightly better than this app, the camera app produces the image sharper than this app.

I hate this phone with passion... Very useless phone. After my last system upgrade it became worst. I can't screenshot anymore, I can't download any documents through WhatsApp not even my bank app. Please don't buy any Nokia phones. This is very useless, I'm just managing the phone because I don't have money to buy another one. One of my biggest regret is buy Nokia phone. I wish I can give it 0 star
